Apartments in settlements between Yalta and Alushta

   We offer you nice cosy apartments for a daily rent. We have some more apartments and we are working on placing them on the site.
   The standard apartments we offer are fully equipped and furnished - decent furniture, TV, a refrigerator, a stove, kitchen appliances, an iron, hot & cold water and sometimes a local phone.
  Please be informed that the prices may be changed depending on the season.
    Since the South Coast of the Crimea is a resort area the prices on the apartments vary depending on season and the quantity of the visitors.
    The Low season is from November till the end of February. Then the prices begin to rise slowly with each month.
    The High season is the first half of summer and September, the Highest season is the second half of summer when the prices are the highest.
    There is a holiday season from the end of April till 10th May when the prices are as high as in High season.
    March, April, May (but the holidays) and October cost about 50% of the Highest season.
